BTVPOA Design and Use Guidelines

(Formerly CC&R's)

 When Big Trees Village was formed, a set of CC&Rs were written to manage the development and quality of the community. These CC&Rs expired in 2016 and were replaced by a set of Design and Use Guidelines to help property owners and their contractors/architects in their planning. These flexible Guidelines have replaced the original CC&Rs while reflecting the same spirit and intent. The Guidelines will ensure that Big Trees Village continues to look and feel like the recreational mountain community it was envisioned to be.

To ensure this vision of our beloved community, the Big Trees Village Property Owners Association requires that members adhere to the Design and Use Guidelines and submit a form to the office for potential building approval. If you want to do any work to your home, including exterior painting, please fill out a Request for Design Review Form. Review by the POA (at no extra charge to you) will protect you from complaints.
