Association Member Meetings

Each year BTVPOA holds an informal season opening Welcome Coffee in May and a formal Membership Meeting Labor Day weekend for the Association Members:

• Saturday, May 24th of Memorial Day Weekend, a member welcome coffee to introduce the staff and talk about upcoming events.

• Saturday of Labor Day Weekend, the Annual Member Meeting will recap the summer’s activity and membership, and includes the election of Board Members.

Members are also invited to attend regular monthly Board of Directors meetings, generally held on the second Saturday of each month, except December. Call or email to confirm the meeting date and time.
