  The Big Trees Village Property Owners Association is a California non-profit mutual benefit association. In 2013, the BTVPOA worked with an attorney specializing in HOA law to bring our Bylaws into conformity with California law. After a period for review of the document by the Membership, the Board of Directors voted unanimously to approve the Bylaws.

  As part of the Bylaws, a set of Design and Use Guidelines replace the community’s original CC&Rs, which expired in 2016.
