The Ebbetts Pass Property Owners Council (EPPOC) is made up of the Homeowner’s and Property Owner’s Associations in the Hwy 4 corridor. BTVPOA is a member. They meet monthly to listen to speakers and discuss issues that may affect our property owners. Minutes from these meetings can be accessed at EPPOC.org
